Chef Ton

Chef Owner at Lahnyai Nusara

Growing up surrounded by delicious home-cooked meals, the incredible flavors, he fondly remembers in the dishes lovingly prepared by both his mother and grandmother have contributed significantly to Chef Ton’s passion for cooking.  

During his studying time in New York, Chef Ton worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, The Modern and Jean Georges.   Chef Ton is currently running several exciting kitchens in Bangkok including Le Du (#4 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021), Nusara (#20 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021), Baan and also a gastronomic tribute to his grandmother, Lahnyai Nusara.
